I made the Cinnamon Passion Fruit Fizz drink from the Zero mocktail book. I only had peaches & peach nectar so I used both of those together and added more than the recipe called for. I didn't measure anything, but this is one of those recipes where you should go with what your taste preference is instead of following the recipe to a "T."

I would reduce the amount of cinnamon for the stock.
Reduce the amount of citric acid & sugar as well - just my palette.

We smoked the glass with alder and WOW! It was amazing! Ended up reminding me of a marshmallow roasted over an open fire.

Will definitely make this again and in larger batches.
