The email for Verification Code came very late and I can't change my main account

I just wanted to change back to my main account but they just won't give one on time. Usually it's 1 hour after that when clearly in the mail it states it just lasts for 10 min. How do I fix this? Spent a lot of time and money on this account just don't want to lose it over such a stupid thing that they messed up
