Which heroes are good against CC heavy comps?

I'm a Fredrinn one trick. I play no one else, and I usually get my way cuz I can switch between roam, exp or jungle. However, I've seen how useless he can be against CC heavy comps.
That made me think, is there anyone who can counter a heavy cc team? Of course, no one can literally ignore CC, but there must be some who can perform well even while the enemy is constantly trying to gangbang you with stuns and airbornes and slows.
I would love to hear suggestions!
