I'm not a top tier player but I know I'm not a noob either. I don't understand how I get teamed up with bad teammates EVERY GAME during season reset while my enemies are like 2 ranks above me. Like, even at 5 min, I know we'll lose because of how bad we're already doing. EVEN IN CLASSIC TOO! During regular days, everyone does classic like a tune-up game, no one takes it seriously. But during the season starter, everyone's hardcore that I forget that it is not ranked but classic that I'm playing.

I don't understand how matchmaking works. I don't know if it's in the matchmaking. I understand higher rank players rank down thus, they might be the ones I'm playing against but how is it that I never get to team-up with them then??? So frustrated. And confused.
