I'm trying to find a mobile (Android) game to fill my free time. Something like wow, genshin impact, Minecraft, GTA, Pokemon...

My (probably odd) requirements is that I don't like random battles. Not that I'm against violence or anything, but I suck at fighting on mobile.

Also, I want to be able to "own" a house or settlement (I think I vaguely remember buying a house and getting married on Morrowind).

I enjoy gacha games (clothes costumes etc) but again, I haven't seen many good ones that don't involve combat

Finally, I'm looking for a collecting type game. I guess this would fall into gacha, but optional quests and objectives. Different breeds of fish on display, a collection of artifacts to sell to a local merchant/museum procurer.
