Package was never delivered but marked delivered

Hey guys, I ordered a ps5 from Best buy for delivery (I know dumb mistake) and I used credit card to pay. But the driver never delivered it and marked it as delivered. I have contacted best buy and filed a police report, is there anything else I should do? Thanks
