I am a married 50 year old male in a difficult situation that I am not looking to change.  After 25 years of marriage I have found myself having a roommate rather than a wife.  I love my wife and do not want to hurt her which brings me to why I am here.  Wife(47) is in a high stress job but enjoys what she does and has worked really hard to get where she is in her career.  Problem is she was already an asexual person before the stress and believed sex is for procreation and not for fun.  I on the other hand have ADHD and am extremely hard on myself to the point I will stay up all night trying to figure a way out of this situation and have failed.  I think I miss the skin on skin contact, snuggling and foreplay more than sex, I can masturbate for that part.  
 More about me, I am 6’ 225#s and dropping.  I have most of my hair, a trimmed beard right now and a nice smile and my eyes are a beautiful light blue.  My personality is a people pleaser, been told this my entire life.  I believe we should help each other in life rather than being in it for ourselves.  I am a daily CBD user for mental health rather than chemicals from bug pharma.
