[Mini V2] Says it's charging but it's not?

Hey guys,

I received my Mini V2 today from AliExpress. Played around for an hour or two, put on OnionUI, configured everything. Working great, amazing device. Then the battery turned red and 18%, so I thought it's time to charge.

Plugged it into one of those mult-country travel adapters with the provided USB cable. The charging LED turned red, and the icon on the screen also indicated charging. However, a few hours later, the battery still shows 18%.

Weirdly, the LED on the outside now also turned blue. If I unplug and plug in again, it turns red for a minute or so before turning blue again. Almost feels like the battery is full, but still says it is at 18%.

Any suggestions? Any support to expected from them officially?

EDIT: Turns out the software just needed a few minutes to recognize the battery. Shows 100% now.
