To change the mp3 your theme uses in onion os browse to the /Themes/YourTheme/sound/bgm.mp3
Rename bgm.mp3 to bgm.mp3.old then rename your chosen file to bgm.mp3 and place it in that folder.
The wii shop music felt a bit too fast to me; I slowed it down 25% which is quite chill. If anyone wants that mp3 maybe I can upload it somewhere.
