Male vs Female scissor holds

Do you think women applying scissor holds have better advantage than men applying because women don’t have penis or testicles, so women can apply them tightly?
I saw two of my friends grappling last night and one of them tried to apply a bodyscissors and when he was about to lock his ankles he just opened his legs cupping his balls, I think he may had squeezed one accidentally.
Just curious if women can have advantage on applying this hold…
