Please take time to introduce yourselves. This is a new and hopefully growing subreddit dedicated to advise and discussion for mixed vision households (blind/visually impaired and sighted). Keep things text and links to articles as much as possible due to this please.

You may call me GringodelRio (Gringo del Rio, aka white guy of the river), I'm the sighted half to an MVC in Denver. There are not many resources out there for handling general relationship stuff with the bonus of the challenges unique to having one B/VI and one Sighted spouse under the same roof (and is usually related to the sighted spouse screwing something up).

Also looking for responsible people to be moderators, so if you prove your participation and reasonableness, you might get an invite.
