Missed a few minutes from the start - didn't plan on recording this but it was just that good:

Index:
- 0:00 - There aren't any testing labs ... so MJ is technically legal in MO since I can just tell them it's CBD .. right? (no) Also, how would a stop go if I had CBD flower in the car?
- 2:50 - Do you have to inform the police if you are recording them?
- 4:50 - Now that Medical MJ is legal, is smell/ZigZags probable cause for a search?
- 6:10 - It won't be a federal crime for looooooong
- 8:40 - What do you do if you see a "drug checkpoint ahead" and see an exit - should I take the exit?
- 12:45 - Police are allowed to search your garbage and use it to get a search warrant for your house if the contents of the garbage suggests a crime is occurring inside
- 17:00 - Okay then what do you do if you want to throw stuff away?
- 18:08 - Every patient should have at least one caregiver - even if you don't need one. For $25 you can have a primary caregiver and secondary giver -- which gets them a TON of rights. WAY underapreciated
- 19:50 - (my question) Caregiver question. What constitutes a "significant responsibility" on behalf of a patient? Is simply growing marijuana for them enough to satisfy this requirement? Is that likely to win in court? Has it been tried? (since so many people in this sub have been asking!)
- 21:30 - Can someone convicted of a felony be a caregiver? (yes)
- 22:40 - Is it possible to make a living growing as a caregiver for others?
- 22:58 - Adult use MJ is coming to ballots Nov 2022
- 24:34 - don't sell by weight. yes to charge by time & talent. Charge by the HOUR not the OUNCE! (and discussed again at 29 minutes)
- 26:28 - Can a non-violent felon after 5 years get an agent ID card? (agent card = to work in a industry facility)
- 27:20 - Can a probation officer revoke parole if ...?
