So I had a MMC. June 22nd I was given miso, and 95% of tissue was passed that night minus two small ones 4&5 days after. Bleeding stopped fully early last week ish. I saw my dr. 1 week after and did a blood test, HCG was dropping at a good rate. I was told to do a home test in 2-3 weeks. Every few days I will get the teeeeeniest ache not painful at all, barely even noticeable and it feels like it is lower in my body than in my uterus.

My HPT is still positive but even more faint than it was Sunday. If it is still positive by next week I was going to call. But it is extremely light on the test now, so I would be a little surprised if it lingers due to the faintness. How concerned should I be about possible tissue retention? Are these teeeeny aches a dr. visit/call, or just general healing?
