IDK How to be Emotionally Supportive for my Girlfriend’s Miscarriage. Any Advice Would Be Helpful.

At the beginning of May, my girlfriend thinks she might’ve had a miscarriage. And since then, I don’t even know how to approach the situation. No excuse, but I’m not the most emotionally understanding of other people’s feelings. I tried giving her gifts and taking her out of the house so she won’t think about it. But this entire time, she’s pointed out to me several times that I haven’t been there for her emotionally. Please. I just need any advice on what to do and how to be there for her.
