Hello, anyone else has experienced the same...?

I had surgery 7 days ago (under general anesthesia) and i still have swollen belly with light pain. I don't take any pills anymore as it's bearable.

I mostly stay home, no physical activity (only soft yoga) and i can't walk long or fast...

I have so much trauma from everything during these last weeks that i really don't want to see any doctor or hospital anymore... I'm also currently in a foreign country alone (long story!) so I can't simply call my usual ob gyn :(
