Going back to work today for the first time since my MC. 5 other coworkers are pregnant right now

I started having symptoms of my MC on Thursday night. It continued into Friday morning, so I called my OB and they got me in. That’s when it was confirmed that I was, in fact, miscarrying. He wrote me a doctors note and today will be my first day back. I’m so anxious to see everyone after, especially the pregnant ones. I’m so unbelievably happy for them, but I know it’s going to kill me seeing them. I don’t think I’ll ever be fully prepared to go back
