Good evening,

About to go back in Mirtazapine after five years of no antidepressants due to my anxiety and stress going through the roof.

I'm more concerned this time because previously it was for extremely low mood rather than anxiety. Additionally, five years ago I didn't do 12 hour shifts and regular 72 hour working weeks with dayshift/nightshift swap overs.

I remember being extremely tired in Mirtazapine obviously, but I'm only sleeping for three-five hours extremely interrupted right now and I'm wondering if I can afford to go on a sedative like this again.

Does anyone have experience of working extreme amounts and being on Mirtazapine? Is it doable?

Is it good for anxiety?
