When does it stop?

I (24F)took my first dose yesterday and I know I probably sound silly but I don’t think I can continue with it if I feel like this any longer than a week or so. I am so tired. And SO angry. I’m neurodivergent and have meltdowns but this is somehow some of the worst meltdowns I’ve ever had. When will it stop? I am tired of this already. I added my age and gender bc I don’t know if that makes a difference. I am really hoping that I start feeling better soon

Everyone's experience is very different. It saved myself from my awful depression when absolutely everything else failed. I can't "address the issues that caused my depression and anxiety", because there are no actual issues, just my brain not functioning properly.
