I just sleep 10 hrs tbh. I don't have a schedule to live on though, I'll take it, get on my bed, scroll on my phone while it does its thing (about 30mins), sleep like a baby, and wake up whenever I feel like it. Normally 8-10 hrs. I've never functioned like a normal person so I don't know if normal people wake up full of energy (I doubt it), but I don't. I just drag my feet to the kitchen, have my coffee, and go on with my day.
