IUD removal - no period

I got my iud out over a year and a half ago, only one period in that whole time. I didn’t have a period for the 4 years I had the marina in.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Worried about conceiving. I’m speaking to my doctor, waiting on blood/ultrasound results currently.

Update: I’ve seen my GP, he has said that I have PCOS (I knew that) and Fibroids, and has sent me off to see a Gynaecologist. It might be a wait to get in to see one so I won’t be giving an update in a while probably. Still no period, which my GP said it strange because the fibroids should be making me bleed heavier. Unsure what’s going on.
