Derma rolling with minox 1x a day

Been on the juice for just over 8 months and I’ve seen great results (currently shedding tho). I use to derma roll 1x a week with 0.5mm (inconsistent), regardless of how many times I should I roll with that size I was thinking of upping to 0.75mm for 1x a week.

I was wondering how do you guys apply minox if you derma roll 1x a week, because the recommended wait time is 24 hours after rolling, which means I could wait 48 hours between each application.

Note: on 0.5mm I could roll every day and even apply minox everyday after 12 hours and have no side effects.
