ok so some guy on tik tok keeps popping up on my feed every few weeks or so regarding his hairloss journey and instead of the usual culprits of liquid minox and rosemary oil he has been essentially shilling for a product called growthplex vitafoam, from this video:
https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSLCGQb1y/
the main ingredients seem to be 5% Minox and 3% biotin (another well known thing for hair growth and health), with the added biotin being what i believe being the only other active ingriedient for this.
would this product be more effective than normal minox foam and be worth the premium?
or would it be just as effective to use normal foam and biotin tablets (which i already have).
side note:
ive been using foam minox for almost 4 months now (still have 6 months worth of minox left), once a day and have been seeing good results as my biggest concern was gaps and hair not connecting seamlessly, with that issue being basically gone. although my hair is not the most dense and thick at the moment, there is room for improvement
i use to dermaroll before using minox using a 0.5 mm dermaroller that came with a "luxfume beard growth kit" and got no results on its own, and im not sure about the quality of the derma roller itself as i basically never got any redness or common minor side effects from derma rolling.
my question is:
can i use this derma roller once a week on top of my regular routine or would it be better off buying a new derma roller?
