Room for Rent in Swingers Household
About Us: We are a married couple, together for 10 years, in the LS for 3 years. Our relationship is drama-free, loving, and supportive. We share our home with our dog. The wife has a partner who visits once or twice a week, and the husband recently amicably ended a relationship and is currently dating.
About the Room: We have a beautifully furnished guest room available in our home in Cottage Grove, MN, a quiet suburb close to MSP. The room includes a bed, dresser, and TV.
About the House: Our home is full of amenities, including: - A huge 20x40 in-ground heated pool - A hot tub - A home theater
Note: We often swim naked, so please be comfortable with nudity or avoid the pool area when we are swimming. You are always invited.
Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, and bathroom.
Additional Perks: - You'll have the house to yourself almost every weekend during the summer, as we go camping.
Rent and Utilities: The cost for the room and access to all amenities is $1000 per month, including all utilities. This helps us cover household expenses, particularly our high energy bill due to the pool.
Ideal Renter: We are looking for an open-minded, LS, ENM single Male or Female o rent the room. This helps ensure a comfortable living environment for everyone, without the need to explain or alter our lifestyle. Please note, we are not looking for additional relationships, but if there is an attraction anything is possible.
We prefer a single renter as we do not have room for additional people or children.
