Looking for an automotive welder

I’m looking for an automotive welder to repair a rusted-out mounting point for a truck bed.
I am in the NW metro, but I’ll drive for a quality shop.
Can anyone share some recommendations?
I’ll also need a machine shop to fabricate a plate to weld over the affected area, so I’ll accept recommendations for a good machine shop, as well.
