Is there a way of making underwater bubbles out of resin?

I recently picked up some Maggotkin of Nurgle (the Lord of Plagues) and am going for a Lovecradtian, nautical theme for them, and I thought it'd be cool to replace the glowing green of their visors and plague smoke with orange and add some bubbles around them to give the aesthetic or a bubbling, underwater volcano/geyser. Only issue us I have no idea how to achieve thus or if it's even achievable.
