Getting my first RC and Mini Z this Friday. Was going to build a much more expensive RWD but found a deal on two Minis that I couldn't pass up. So now I'm attempting to build a very solid drift AWD Mini Z.

List of upgrades I am planning: -locked rear differential (either with glue or the part, haven't decided) -one-way front differential

List of upgrades I'm considering but don't know much about: -upgraded wheels/tires (any suggestions?) -stiff rear shock and soft front shock (any suggestions?)

Anything else I should be considering?
