Hi! I am considering replacing my old-fashioned gaming computer with a mini-pc which I hope I can use both for retro gaming (possibly through virtualization) but simultaneously as a home media server and web and file server externally (low traffic usage, mostly for myself and family). I am hoping that I can keep the web and file server online continually while using as little power as possible. Perhaps there are power schemes for exactly this purpose.
Do you guys know if all my dreams can come true? Can mini-pcs be used in this way? Any hardware or software requirements that I need to satisfy with my purchase?
Thank your for sharing any expertise in this matter.
