Lost In-App Purchase

I had this game a while back, bought an IAP and then re-downloaded to my new phone. I know I bought a ship, but now I cannot find it. If IAPs disappear from one device to the next, that's not cool. If I am just not seeing how to restore purchases, then let me know. I enjoyed this game before, I am just frustrated now since I lost my IAP.
