First and foremost adults only would be ideal. I like to occasionally make sexually charged jokes and I'd really prefer to know I'm not making them with a 10 YO lol. I should also mention I'd be happy to donate on a regular basis if the realm is/becomes established.

I'm not a griever. I don't understand the appeal of tearing up someone elses work. I do prefer grief friendly/ almost no rules realms though. Hide your base and be careful who you trust style. I like the danger.

Really really prefer no hacking/duping (though duping is hard to police I know, so I'd settle for the former)
