Looking for a specific Hat mod(fabric)

so im looking for a mod that adds cosmetic hats to mc for fabric, not like ones you get from killing mobs and collecting them but simply a mod that lets you put hats on ur player client side, ik its a thing cuz ive seen ppl use it but ive no idea what its called and when i search for it i only find utility hats and server client side mods :edit: from what ive seen 2 ppl using the mod can see each others hats
