Cant start modded server

I'm trying to start a server, which has worked before. The following errors are thrown:

I've tried reinstalling java, installing different versions (8u333,8u331,8u202), running it through bukkitGUI and deleting and re-downloading the minecraft and forge server jars. Somewhere in this process all of my servers stopped working, with the same error. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
