MC keeps going to SSD not HDD?

ok so i got a new pc and i put the OS on a 500gb ssd and i got a 3tb HDD for everything else... only problem is MC it keeps downloading to %appdata% under the accounts... and there is not enough space on there for mods and run a server off there... is there a way i can move it to the HDD and KEEP it on there?
