Post Body

Right now I'm playing on the Sony PS4 with VR (Actually I'm playing on a PS5 but they haven't made Minecraft for the PSVR2 yet) so playing the ps4 version. The game is buggy so it does crash frequently and when I do I lose my save so I have to back it up to a USB stick after each session. There appears to be lots of add-ons that you can get for this which I really only added like a texture pack or something so far.

What advantage does it give you to play on a realm? Do you actually get to see the other players? Can they mess up your stuff and vice versa? How is your character progress backed up if the game crashes? If you do play on a realm do you have to have the same mods as the realm has? What happens if one is not available for the PS4?

The whole thing is new to me so I'm just trying to get the general idea. I know that I'd have to pay a subscription fee for the PlayStation Network.
