So I'd been running modded minecraft on my sweet little laptop for several months now, though awhile ago it stopped launching, little did I know the launcher seemed to have made itself think that it was running already? So then this error message kept popping up that was different this time saying something was already running when nothing was in my task manager. It was so bizarre, I heard it could've been a faulty launcher like the launcher itself was busted. so I uninstalled it and deleted everything related to Minecraft on my pc, I moved things I wanted to save onto a separate drive. I redownloaded the launcher installer and every time I hit install on the little popup it freezes and nothing happens. I've left it open for hours and hours and it does nothing, nothing installs. Help? Please?
