Multiplayer Dungeons, Raids, levels and Incrementally harder mobs [server mod suggestion]

Hello reddit! im proposing a plugin based around World of Warcrafts dungeon/raid systems, in which you can randomly party-up with a group of players around your level and go raid an instanced dungeon in the hopes of getting glorious loot.

Loot system

  • The loot from dungeons will be enchanted amour which is based around the players current level (so low level dungeons will get enchanted wood/stone items of significant power)

Vanilla Minecraft elements

  • All mining and crafting will still exist in-game, they can make that as much as they like, but to wear and use the stuff they make will require levels.
  • Everything will be based around levels, for isntance a level 5 cannot wear diamond amour, they will need to level up to do that.

Mob damage

  • Now im not too good with plugins, but i assume it is possible to limit/increse damage caused to players and mobs, If this is possible, then on higher level raids the players will face enemys which have great amounts of health.

Dungeons:

Dungeons are instances, The instances are selected from external world files and copied/loaded into a multiverse type system, the players are then teleported there. the world is deleted upon completion

These dungeons have prerequsites, so a level 1 player cannot join a level 12 dungeon as the zombies and stuff in the level 12 dungeon would kill the level 1 player instantly

Parties:

  • parties are selected at random when joining a dungeon, To join a dungeon you must have a tank and a healer and 2 or more DPS players.
  • Players can create their own parties by issuing the respective commands. XP is shared when the players are in a party.
  • Partys have a maximum size of 10 players

Classes:

There will be multiple classes: Tank, Healer and Damage These classes will each have perks depending on what they are.

  • Tank: Has the ability to use diamond amour and weapons. He has a large amount of health and mobs will attack him over other people

  • Damage: Damage will be able to cause much more damage than most other classes and can use most amour and weapons.

  • Damage will also be able to use bows and magic (Magic being thrown fire charges)

  • Healer: Healers can only use leather and chainmail amour, but they can cast AOE and direct spells which heal allys, They can also heal party members directly for a larger heal. They use up mana (Water vials in the in the players inventory increse and decrease in number, depending on the level of the player (lower levels use less mana)

  • Healers will also have the ability to resurrect party members, but they cannot be in combat when doing this

Item reward system:

  • The items will have a Need/Greed system, When a valuble item drops and someone already has weapon more powerful than the one being offered, they will /greed or /pass on it, If a player has not got a weapon as powerful as the one dropped, they may want to /need it.
  • Once all players have decided how much they want it, the system will randomly select a player. if the player selects /need then they will have a far higher chance of getting the item, if multiple players /need then they will have a random chance of getting it based on a random percentage out of 100 *The greed system will display the current item being rolled for in chat. This is the only place that players will be able to get enchanted items. enchantment tables will be disabled by default
