Well,I think that every Village should be kind of unique,thats why I have thought of the following: 1.Every village should have a holy animal (When you enter a house of a villager,you could be able to see pictures of that animal),also an own name. 2.Own architecture (maybe different uses of blocks etc.) 3.Language Easy principe,a language will be randomly generated,and it will be based on a english word. Well,if you have an english word f.e play,its translation will have the same amount of letters,but just different letters f.e xedo (to make it more realistic,there should be a algorithm,that the words should be like xedo,and not xxzs,maybe like 2 vocals in a word). You should be able to find translation books in the library though. 4.New Villager Type There should be a new Villager: Explorer. He will be sent out to find new villages,if the old village is nearly destroyed and all people are killed. When like 3 villagers are left,and a village was found,they will leave the village and follow the path of the explorer. With that 2 Iron Golems will spawn,1 Iron Golem who will come with the 3 villagers and 1 Iron golem,who will destroy the part of the village which is left,and then die. While the journey the 3 people will breed and make new villagers. When they will encounter a new village,the Iron Golem will attack the other villagers to take the village over. Obviously,the Iron Golem of the village,which they want to take over,will try to defeat the city. Then it's all about who will win the battle. In both cases one culture will get destroyed.
