Is Ancient Debris more common near Blackstone?

Fellow Minecrafters, I need a little bit of help here.

I know it’s been somewhat discussed, but I believe there might actually be some correlation between the Blackstone veins and Ancient Debris.

I just went digging tunnels in the Nether, Y14, and returned with 8 Ancient Debris. I mostly found just one Ancient Debris at a time, and it was almost always stuck to a vein of Blackstone or in the proximity of one.

It can’t just be by chance, can it? It’s happened too many times. Might be worth mining around the next vein of Blackstone you encounter when you go mining for Ancient Debris
