The 'HD Texture' is greyed out and I cannot access it in Minecraft Patcher. Looking for help, please.

So I downloaded and installed Sphax, but the water isn't the same color that is seen online and I think it's because of the 'HD Texture' option that I cannot check. It is unresponsive when I try and click it, however when I hover over it, it shows this error Google wasn't much help, I was just wondering if anybody could help me out, thanks again.
