Worlds and Texture Packs shared on Realm?

New Minecraft player here. I’ve got a realm server up and running and am currently playing with a group of people on Bedrock, Windows 10 version of Minecraft. Here is my burning question - I can’t seem to find a straight answer to. Sorry if this is the wrong reddit for this.

If I purchase a World or texture pack from the Minecraft marketplace. Do all of the players in the realm have to purchase the same world/texture pack for them to play it in the realm or just me (realm owner).
