Bedrock on multiple platforms?

I’m a longtime Java player, but I’m looking to install bedrock on my Switch. I have a bedrock account that’s fully functioning on my PC. Is there any way for me sign into this account on my switch and start playing without having to purchase the game again? Or is the bedrock account I own only good for PC without another purchase?
