I cannot log into Minecraft now at all. I have had an account since mid-2012 and have had no issues up until now.

I have attempted to reset my password but I have gotten no emails to reset it from Mojang after several hours of waiting. I opened a ticket and it instantly sent an email saying it was received, and they are currently working on tickets sent on December 15th, according to this page on their support site.

My account was confirmed merged, I tried to manually merge it just to make sure and got an error "this account has already been merged..."

Has anyone else had this issue? If so, any suggestions to be able to be able to log back in/reset my password to log in?

I am not trying to ask for help with my account; merely asking if anyone else has experienced this particular issue. As I stated I have submitted a ticket to Mojang, and I just want to gather more information from other users.
