Could someone critique this PC build?

I hate to be that guy, but I know very little about what PC specs are optimal for what. If someone more knowledgeable than I could give me a hand, I've been looking at this build here:

My only concern is that it's from some time ago, and I'm wondering if there are any part substitutions that would make the build more powerful for the same price.

Also, how much of an impact does recording have on FPS? I'd like to record map trailers every once in a while, if I can. Thanks ahead of time!
