Hello.
I discovered Minecraft quite late into it's rise (2012) and I purchased the Xbox 360 edition (I didn't game on PC then) and I loved it so much. I literally spent several hours a day on it just mining, collecting clay, building a brick towerblock house and eventually a 500 block long rail so that I could get the achievement "On the rail". After that, I moved onto PC to play with my friends and at this stage I was 13 years old and thought I had found the best game ever! I just loved everything about it, but gradually my love for it faded, subsided and now it lies on my desktop waiting to be played again.
I was never the redstone, pixel art or builder type of player (maybe it's time I learnt how to play like that?) I just loved to create mines, explore and fight mobs. Example of stuff I would do whilst in game and now that I'm 16 and the summer holidays are approaching, I thought that now would be the perfect time to re-introduce myself into the game. I loved it so very much and I know that inside I still want to play it, but I get very bored within 10 or so minutes.
Has anyone experienced this before? Do you guys have any suggestions of how I can rekindle my love for Minecraft and not get bored anymore? I also forgot to add that my friends don't really play anymore and so most of the time I'm playing solo offline.
I apologise if this is a ****post, just wanted to seek some advice from you guys since I see so many fantastic posts here (I got the implication that you guys never get bored of the game!)
Thanks!
