Hey there, I've asked this before, but got pretty bad responses before.

Currently I managed to rent and run a small Minecraft server (still in testing phase though) and managed to learn how to use with Bukkit and plugins. (want to use Spigot, but apparently that causes problems atm).

Though I'm very inexperienced with MineCraft server and I'm mostly want advice and tips.

This can be like plugins configurations such as economy stuff, how to create money sink, factions stuff, what settings I should use to meet the needs of the users.

Or what plugins to avoid.

Tips on putting less stress on the server, etc.
