[HELP] Reassigning a Minecraft username to a different Mojang account?

*Before anybody tells me to "just Google it", I have Googled this question repeatedly in different phrasings and found nothing of use.
I have a Minecraft account that Ive been using since early beta, but I dont use that username for anything anymore and I want to change it. Thats not possible yet, so it seems my best bet is to buy a new account with the name I want, and give my old username to a friend. The only problem is that its been migrated to my Mojang account, which is my current email, and which has Cobalt and Minecraft PE on it. Can I re-migrate my Minecraft to a new Mojang account, and if so, how?
