Minecraft Modding Help

Hello all, this is my first time trying to install mods on Minecraft. I’ve downloaded Java Minecraft, forge, Java, and Optifine. I load into forge Minecraft and it shows the 2 shaders I added, but they don’t appear in the mods/resource pack areas. Currently on windows 11. Any help would be appreciated!
