I updated my game client to 1.21 and joined my private server and was able to get all of the new blocks, trial chambers and even armadillos but when I went looking for the wolf variants I only found the old default. I tried using commands to summon a wolf and I tried going into creative and using a spawn egg. All attempts in various biomes.

I then logged out and made a new world, not on the server and everything worked fine. So I downloaded my server world and loaded it up offline... no wolf variants!

I am running out of things to try! Does anyone know what the problem might be? My friends and I were so excited for the new wolves 😓
