What versions did I play on?

Not sure if this is the right place to post, sorry :-)

I wanted to try to figure out what versions I first played Minecraft on, but I’m having a hard time on my own. Some details:

  • There was only one wood type at first: oak. Birch trees existed and initially gave it its own wood type with not as many recipes.
  • Villagers were added, originally called testificates. They did nothing.
  • Only red beds existed. I don’t recall if I was around when other beds were added. Possibly?
  • There were no additional stone types.
  • Caves were spaghetti generated.
  • You couldn’t place double chests by each other, at least at first. Later, this may have been added.
  • You couldn’t place stairs upside down.
  • The wool block palette was more limited, I believe only to the colors naturally on sheep. Not sure.

I can do my best to answer any other questions although my memory is a bit faint. Thanks!
