Third party tool to recover a map?

Hey.
Right now I play Minecraft 1.12.2 with the IndustrialCraft 2 mod. I just started generating energy with my nuclear reactor. Then I tabbed out and forgot to pause the game. Now my reactor exploded and I want to recover the map to that point where I exited the map last. Is there a third party program for that? I really need it because I invested hundereds of hours into it but the explosion destroyed all my buildings.
