Personal server not working for my partner?

Hi all, so I have a server through Gportal and all my friends play and it works fine. Except my partner, her game boots her out of the server every 5-10 minutes with a connection lost message. I really don’t know what is going on or how to fix it, can somebody help please? We’re on Java edition. I’ve never seen this error before either.
